lectronic invoicing and the portal of the profile of the contracting party are two significant items for efficiency and transference in the management of the University of Castilla-La Mancha. This academic institution was ahead of the legislation that required electronic invoicing to be incorporated into public administrations, implementing a system that shortens processing cycles, removes printing costs or postal services, enables a faster and easier access to stored invoices, improves customer service and makes combating fraud easier.
These same advantages could be extended to the profile platform of the contracting party which ensure transparency and public access to information regarding the contractual activity of the UCLM.
