Academic calendar of the EPC for the 2020-2021 academic year
(Based on the calendar approved by the Governing Board on 25 February 2020)
The dates set out in the academic calendar for the teaching activities at the EPC are adapted to the official academic calendar approved by the UCLM.
Key dates are:
First Semester
From 7 September 2020 to 22 December 2020 (60 actual teaching days; Friday 16 October will follow the Monday timetable).
Second Semester
From 1 February 2021 to 21 May 2021 (60 actual reading days; Friday 9 April will follow the Monday timetable.)
Holiday periods
Christmas holidays: from 23 December 2020 to 6 January 2021.
Easter holidays: from 29 March to 5 April 2021.
St. Thomas Aquinas: 29 January 2021.
EPC holiday: 7 December 2020.
Examination periods
Special Final Examination Session : from 16 to 20 November 2020.
Ordinary Examination Session 1st Semester: from 11 to 27 January 2021.
Ordinary Examination Session 2nd Semester: from 24 May to 10 June 2021.
Extraordinary Examination Session: from 15 June to 2 July 2021.
Final Year Undergraduate Project Deadline (submission to tutors):
1st Deadline (ordinary): 1 December 2020.
2nd Deadline (ordinary): 2 February 2021.
3rd Deadline (ordinary): 6 April 2021.
4th Deadline (ordinary): 6 July 2021
5th Deadline (ordinary): 27 July 2021.
The defence date will be announced by the relevant panel.
Deadlines for printing official copies of certificates:
Special Final Examination Session: 2 December 2020.
Ordinary Examination Session 1st Semester: 9 February 2021.
Ordinary Examination Session 2nd Semester: 16 June 2021.
Extraordinary Examination Session: 14 July 2021.
Final Year Undergraduate Projects: 30 July 2021 (Ordinary Examination Session) and 10 September 2021 (Extraordinary Exam Session).
